The AngerCoach™ — Dr. Fiore & Associates
Dr Fiore & Associates, LLC is a company with a mission to provide anger and stress management solutions for individuals, couples, companies, facilities, agencies, and EAPs. Dr Fiore is a certified Anger Management Provider by the National Anger Management Association. In addition to providing services directly to clients, his company, in partnership with Century Anger Management, provides Certification anger management training for mental health professionals, substance abuse professionals, law enforcement and criminal justice professionals, and pastoral professionals.
Tony Fiore, Ph.D., Program Director, is a California licensed psychologist( Lic # PSY 6670), marriage therapist, and personal coach with clinical practices in Long Beach and Orange, California. He is a Diplomate of the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), and a Fellow in The American Institute of Stress.
Tony often speaks to groups and organizations on stress and anger management as well as providing four and eight hour programs for company retreats, treatment program staff, organizations, and agencies. He is co-author (with Ari Novick, LMFT) of two books: Anger Management for the Twenty-First Century and A Companion Guide for Anger Management Professionals, and a home-study DVD called Professional Anger Management Certification Training. He is also publisher of a monthly online newsletter, Taming The Anger Bee which is read by over 3500 subscribers.
After graduating from Purdue University in 1972, he has been active in both community mental health, the private practice of psychology, and teaching, coaching and writing for over 30 years. He has completed numerous certificate programs including Human Sexuality at UCLA, Personal Coaching at the Life Coaching Institute, and Anger Management at the Anderson and Anderson program. To add to his experience and training in conflict resolution, he has also received advanced training in Marital Therapy at the Gottman Institute in Seattle, Washington.
